Female Support Workers

37.5 hours per week

Shifts to be worked over 5 days including include evenings, weekends, bank holidays, long shifts and occasional sleep-ins. Sleep ins are in addition t0o contracted hours.
£14,300 per annum (pro rata if part time) plus a £1.25 per hour enhancement payment for designated night shifts and weekend working and a nightly rate for sleep ins of £30.00 per night

We are looking for Support Workers to provide support to our clients with learning disabilities in our York and Easingwold service. We don’t ask for experience but we look for the right skills and values

You will be providing care and support to Clients who have varying needs including learning disabilities, mental health problems, physical disabilities and challenging behaviours; promoting independence and helping them get the most out of life. This will include providing personal care and support, and assisting with household tasks.

The project supports clients across the City of York and it is essential that candidates understand there will be a requirement for them to travel from client to client whether this be by own vehicle, bicycle or public transport.
