We are looking to appoint a Keyworker to deliver support to participants of the ‘Positive Progression’ Project. As the economy strengthens and the labour market becomes more competitive, people who are out of work or not job-ready could find it increasingly difficult to find Employment. Some groups of people are more disadvantaged than others when it comes to finding work and it is these individuals that this project aspires to help.

The Keyworker will be based in our Selby office and will provide initial engagement, assessment and ongoing support to participants on the programme. Specific project activities will be:

  • Outreach activities to engage eligible participants
  • Holistic assessment of each individual’s needs, followed by tailored
    support measures
  • Signposting and referrals to mainstream and other services as necessary.
  • Support to enable access to services for overcoming health-related barriers
    (e.g. mental health)
  • Accessible support to become work-ready
