Harrogate Homeless Project is a registered charity providing a successful rough sleeper resettlement scheme, hostel accommodation for 16 homeless adults and a day centre, Springboard. The project supports vulnerable adults with a variety of support needs including drug and alcohol misuse, mental health issues and other often complex needs. We are currently recruiting a Springboard Manager to lead and develop our day service.
Day Service Manager: Required to work 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday including bank holidays.The main purpose of the job is to provide cover to the centre during the day, offering support and appropriate sign-posting to clients. The postholder will develop the Harrogate Homeless Project Day service (Springboard) as a high quality, multi-agency service to address the various needs of those who are homeless or vulnerably housed, as well as ensuring that the service is run safely and effectively. The Day Service Manager is also responsible for managing and developing the staff and volunteer team.
Salary: £20,508 per annum pro-rata (actual salary £15,381 pa).
