Station Singers are Full Steam Ahead

Three new Community Choirs will be starting from the third week in September. All groups will share the aims of having an enjoyable time singing, improving singing skills, working together towards a common goal, having a lot of fun along the way, meeting new people and making new friends. Just sign up for the group which appeals to you most.

“Platform One”, Wednesday 10.00 – 11.30, meeting in Screen 2 at The Station, is suitable for anyone who likes to sing.
“Platform Two”, Wednesday 11.45- 1.15, meeting in Screen 2 at The Station, is suitable for singers who have basic music reading skills.
“The Branch Line”, Thursday 20.00- 21.30, meeting in Richmond Town Hall, will cater for anyone who likes to sing, music readers and non-music-readers alike.

Registration Forms will be available from The Station from early August, the cost being £55 for the Autumn season.
This will be for 11 sessions, a “Big Sing” workshop and concert.

The Musical Director for the Station Singers is Carol Gedye, a well- known local music teacher, choral director and vocal animateur. If you would like more information call Carol on 01748 824795 or email her on cgedye@btinternet.com.
