Legal, governance and finance resources for community enterprises: in partnership with Making Local Food Work, Co-operative UK’s comprehensive suite of resources are available to download for free

Co-operatives UK, in partnership with Making Food Local, has created a suite of resources to provide community enterprises "with top quality financial, legal and governance support".

The three publications have Flash and pdf versions (the pdfs link is a bit buried at the bottom of the webpage so you need to scroll down and look for the pdf icon) and there are two tools which require registration first: an online select-a-structure tool and an online governance audit.
