Models of Collaborative Working, Malton 25-1-11
This half day course is a participative session aimed at voluntary and community organisations who would like to explore, or increase their understanding of, different ways of collaborating with other organisations.
The course will cover:
• An outline of different collaborative working models both within the VCS and cross sectors
• Collaboration drivers and context
• The benefits, obstacles and barriers to collaboration
• Useful resources and tools
• Tips for successful collaboration
The session will also include several case study examples.
