Addressing difficult issues effectively is dependent on mature and confident relationships between the manager and the employee. This programme looks at the techniques managers need to ensure that issues are dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner, enabling both the manager and the employee to address difficult situations with confidence and sensitivity. The programme is highly interactive and built around participants own needs and situations.
Jean Mellalieu the trainer has extensive experience in management development, working as a consultant in national and local government, the voluntary sector and the private sector. She is the Managing Director of Management in Action, based in North Yorkshire.
