Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Trustees
North Yorkshire and York Forum
At the special general meeting in March 2010 members agreed that the unincorporated charity NYFVO should incorporate as a new charitable company to be known as the North Yorkshire and York Forum (NYYF). The new organisation has been registered with Companies House (1138552) and the Charity Commission (7364452).
The process of incorporating and transferring to the new charitable company, North Yorkshire and York Forum (NYYF) has now taken place and the found trustees are:

The last NYFVO Annual Meeting and Conference was held on Friday 12 November 2010 in York. The elections for the Forum’s Board of Trustees (Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and 12 elected members) took place at the Annual Meeting, together with approval of the annual accounts and report.
Member voluntary and community organisations, at the Annual Meeting, elect the majority of the Board of Trustees. Others are nominated by local statutory authorities or co-opted. The Board is responsible for the policy and overall management of the Forum; meetings and minutes of meetings are open to the public.
